Information we collect
We collect the contact and booking details you submit, consent records for community updates, and limited security information such as one-way request fingerprints. We do not store online card details; bookings use EFT references.
How we use it
We use personal information to provide and manage studio or training bookings, confirm EFT payments, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, and send community updates only after email confirmation.
Storage and service providers
Application records are stored in managed PostgreSQL databases and uploaded media is stored in Cloudflare R2. Access is restricted to authorised WTG staff and the infrastructure needed to operate the services.
Retention and your choices
Booking records are retained for operational, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Unconfirmed community signups and short-lived security counters are removed automatically. Every community message includes an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information where the law permits. Contact hello@wtgmediahouse.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
