Bookings and payment
A paid booking is held temporarily while WTG waits for the EFT shown in the booking portal. Use the exact payment reference. The booking is confirmed only after WTG verifies payment; unpaid holds expire at the displayed deadline.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The cancellation and rescheduling window displayed in the booking portal applies to your reservation. Approved refunds are paid manually by EFT to verified account details. Bank and processing delays are outside WTG’s control.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and booking information, arrive on time, follow studio safety and equipment instructions, and ensure submitted material may lawfully be recorded or produced. Extra time or services require WTG’s agreement.
Service changes
WTG may reschedule or cancel a session for safety, equipment failure, staff unavailability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. WTG will offer a reasonable alternative or arrange an applicable refund.
Website and content
Website content is provided for general information. WTG names, branding, recordings, and published materials may not be reused without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
